Terms of use
These Terms govern use of Roomsy, a service operated by Loud Skies LLC. By using Roomsy, you agree to these Terms.
Roomsy and your account
You must provide accurate information, protect access to your device and Roomsy session, and use the service lawfully. Do not upload material you do not have the right to use, interfere with Roomsy, attempt unauthorized access, evade allowances or rate limits, or use generated material to violate another person's rights.
You keep ownership of content you submit. You give Loud Skies and its service providers permission to host, process, reproduce, and transform that content only as needed to operate Roomsy, provide requested AI results, secure and support the service, and meet legal obligations. You are responsible for reviewing generated directions before relying on them. Roomsy is a design exploration tool, not architectural, engineering, construction, safety, financial, or other professional advice.
Free directions
Each Roomsy account receives three lifetime free successful AI directions. A successful user-requested direction uses one direction. A direction that ends in a terminal generation failure returns its reserved customer credit. Replays of the same accepted request do not spend another credit. Free directions do not reset when you reinstall the app, sign in on another device, or join another home.
Photo analysis does not use a visible direction credit, but it is subject to per-account operational rate limits. Viewing existing content, managing rooms, comments, invitations, and collaboration do not require Roomsy Pro.
Roomsy Pro
Roomsy Pro Monthly is an auto-renewing subscription. Its United States launch price is $9.99 per month. Apple controls the price and currency displayed in each storefront, so the price shown by the App Store purchase sheet is the price that applies to your purchase.
Each successfully verified Apple billing period provides 30 successful AI directions to the Roomsy account attached to that purchase. Unused directions do not roll over to another billing period. A direction that ends in a terminal generation failure returns its reserved customer credit. Subscription access is personal to the attached Roomsy account and is not pooled with other members of a shared home.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled through Apple before renewal. You can use Restore Purchases in Roomsy and manage or cancel the subscription in Apple's subscription settings. Apple handles payment processing, storefront taxes and currency conversion, and refund eligibility and decisions. Requests for refunds must be made through Apple's refund process.
Deleting a Roomsy account does not cancel the Apple subscription. If you do not want billing to continue, cancel through Apple. Expiration, refund, or revocation stops new paid AI directions but does not remove existing Roomsy content.
Service and model availability
Roomsy depends on Apple, Google Gemini, Supabase, Railway, network access, and other platform services. Models, processing times, features, and service availability may change, be interrupted, or become unavailable. Loud Skies may update supported AI models, rate limits, and safety controls to operate and protect the service. Any material change to the price or renewal terms of an Apple subscription is handled through Apple's required storefront process.
Roomsy is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Loud Skies does not promise that generated content will be accurate, complete, unique, suitable for construction, or continuously available. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Suspension, deletion, and changes
Loud Skies may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect Roomsy, its users, service providers, or legal obligations, including for misuse or attempted circumvention of technical controls. You may stop using Roomsy at any time and may delete the Roomsy account in the app, subject to the separate Apple cancellation rule above.
Loud Skies may update these Terms as Roomsy changes. Updated Terms will show a new effective date, with additional notice where required.
