Tell us what happened, which screen you were on, and the Roomsy version shown in iPhone Settings. Please do not email passwords, Apple authorization codes, or other sensitive credentials.

Account deletion

In Roomsy, open your account from the avatar on Home, scroll to Delete account, review the warning, and confirm with Apple. This permanently removes your account and owned Roomsy content. If you cannot open the app, contact support from the email address above.

AI processing controls

Open Account, then AI processing, to review, allow, or withdraw Google Gemini processing. Withdrawing stops new photo analysis and image generation.
